Jacqueline Lobera

CEO & Co-Founder

Marine Biologist | Diving Instructor

Jacqueline is the CEO of Tier One Supply and is responsible for the company’s overall strategic vision, relationships with manufacturers and key partners, and the alignment of all business areas (tactical, technical, and training) with the real operational needs of special units and rescue teams.

Her background in executive leadership within the defense and professional diving sectors, international partnership management, and business development enables her to position Tier One Supply as a trusted partner for complex projects, integrating consultancy, distribution, and training across land, air, and especially maritime and underwater environments..

Certified Instructor | Former Operator, Spanish Navy Special Operations Unit (FGNE)

Jorge leads the Tactical and Distribution Division at Tier One Supply. He is responsible for defining the equipment portfolio, managing operational relationships with manufacturers, and ensuring the effective implementation of solutions within special units and professional teams.

His prior experience in tactical operations, equipment selection and evaluation, and direct frontline unit support provides a highly practical perspective, ensuring that every product distributed meets real mission requirements and integrates seamlessly into the company’s 360° strategic approach.

Eduardo Alarcón

Industrial Design Engineer | Diving Instructor

Edu is responsible for Technical Development and Training, overseeing the design, validation, and continuous improvement of the technical solutions and training programs offered by Tier One Supply.

His extensive experience in technical diving, systems integration, safety procedures, and specialized instruction enables him to transform technology into operational capability, bridging manufacturer innovation with training programs tailored to special forces, SAR teams, and professional operators in high-risk environments.

He is also responsible for the development of customized solutions through the T1S LAB service, where he works on innovation initiatives and product development to address emerging sector demands.

Marco Lobera

Senior Mechanical Technician | Diving Equipment Maintenance Specialist | Certified Instructor

Marco leads the Technical Maintenance and Training Services Division associated with after-sales support, ensuring that client equipment remains in “mission-ready” condition throughout its entire lifecycle.

His background in technical service, repair, and maintenance of diving systems, EBS, and other critical equipment—combined with experience in training both users and technicians—allows him to establish robust, traceable, and reliability-focused procedures, reinforcing Tier One Supply’s 360° support and sustainment capability.

AFFILIATED INSTRUCTORS

Luis Ayuso is a former operator with extensive tactical experience, having served for six years in the Fuerza de Guerra Naval Especial, the special operations unit of the Spanish Navy. A specialist in CQB (Close Quarters Battle) and communication systems, among other skills, he has continued his career in the civilian sector, contributing his expertise to the private security industry in roles related to tactical training and security operations. He is currently an instructor on the tactical training team at Tier One Supply, where he trains professionals from military, law enforcement, and private security backgrounds.
