BCD Maintenance Services Features

We don’t only maintain and repair equipment for individual divers. We can also work with various Fire Departments, GEAS (Specialized Underwater Activities Group) of the Guardia Civil, professional diving companies, as well as diving clubs and centers, to provide comprehensive maintenance for all their equipment.

How is Our Regulator Full Service Protocol?

1. Visual inspection and initial assessment – We check seams, fabric, inflator, dump valves, buckles, and weight system, looking for signs of wear, corrosion, or structural damage.

2. Bladder leak test – Ensuring that the bladder is completely airtight and free from leaks.

3. Thorough cleaning – We disassemble detachable components, drain air or water, and clean both the interior and exterior of the BCD to remove salt, sand, and lubricant residues.

4. Inflator and valve check – We verify the proper functioning of the corrugated hose and inflator, replace worn O-rings, and lubricate according to manufacturer standards.

5. Leak and pressure test – Controlled inflation tests are carried out to detect any leaks and to confirm that the overpressure systems respond correctly.

6. Reassembly and final quality control – We reassemble the unit, adjust each component, and conduct a final functionality check.

7. Personalized technical report – You will receive a detailed report covering the condition of the BCD, parts replaced, as well as recommendations for use and future care.

Remember! You will be able to follow the entire procedure through a shared folder with photos of every step from start to finish!

You may send it yourself, or prepare the package and I will arrange for the courier to collect it.

If any of the services do not meet your expectations, we will adjust or re-repair your equipment at no additional cost within 60 days of the service date.

Service Pricing

General Maintenance: 40€

Diagnosis, Leak test, Cleaning, Reassembly and quality control are included in the service,

except for the specific kit if necessary for the inflator mechanisms.

If any original part needs to be replaced due to breakage or the repair involves extra materials, these will also be charged separately.
