We have created a technical dry suit repair course, designed for divers who use this type of equipment regularly and want to learn how to keep it in top condition. Given the level of detail and variety of content, the course is divided into two levels:

No previous technical knowledge is required. The Basic Course is designed for any diver or professional who wants to start learning how to understand and repair their own dry suit from scratch.

Course Structure
The Dry Suit Maintenance & Repair Course consists of 4 sessions delivered over 2 days.
Session 1: 3 hours
Theory 1: Types of dry suits – trilaminate, neoprene, rubber, Kevlar
Theory 2: Tools and adhesives
Theory 3: Leaks
Theory 4: Types of wrist seals
Practice 1: Repairing small leaks, punctures, tears
Practice 2: Seal replacement (latex, neoprene, interchangeable)
Session 2: 3 hours
Theory 5: Types of neck seals
Practice 3: Adjustment and replacement of neck seals (latex, neoprene, interchangeable)
Session 3: 3 hours
Theory 6: Valves
Theory 7: Suspenders, pockets, knee pads, pee valves
Practice 4: Installing a pocket/knee pad/pee valve
Session 4: 3 hours
Theory 8: Types of boots (soft, hard)
Practice 5: Replacement of boots and/or socks
Practice 6: Leak testing
