4. Purchase Process

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with European and Spanish consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • The customer must send a clear statement of withdrawal to info@tieronesupply.com.

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer (unless the return is due to a defect or error attributable to Tier One Supply, S.L.).

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s).

*The right of withdrawal does not apply to services already performed or to custom-made or clearly personalized products.

9. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Unauthorized interventions by third-party repair services

To make a warranty claim, the customer must retain the purchase invoice and contact us directly.

13. Conditions for Reservation, Repair, and Retention of Customer-Owned Products

In the event of maintenance, repair, or modification services performed on products owned by the customer, Tier One Supply, S.L. applies the following conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for the full payment of the service as agreed upon in the accepted quotation.

  • Until full payment has been received, Tier One Supply, S.L. reserves the right to retain the serviced product (such as regulators, equipment, components, etc.).

  • If 90 calendar days have passed since the service was completed without payment or collection of the product by the customer, it shall be understood that the customer has voluntarily forfeited the right to recover the product.

  • In such a case, Tier One Supply, S.L. may freely dispose of the product (including resale, recycling, or destruction) in order to recover the outstanding amount, without any obligation of reimbursement or compensation to the customer.

  • In all cases, the customer will be notified in writing (via email) with at least 15 calendar days’ notice
