A former special forces operator and certified instructor, Jorge brings a solid military background to the Tier One Supply team. He served in the Armed Forces, including time with the prestigious Spanish Navy Special Operations Unit (FGNE).

With a passion for sports, diving, and climbing, Jorge offers a unique blend of strategic insight, operational experience, and field-level perspective. He is responsible for leading our tactical training and consulting services, ensuring they reflect both real-world demands and high-performance standards.

An industrial designer, diving instructor, and passionate photographer, Edu brings a unique combination of technical expertise and creative vision to the team. After completing his engineering studies, he immersed himself in the world of diving, where he discovered not only a career path but also a powerful avenue for personal and professional growth.

With a strong background in pedagogy, he excels at communicating knowledge clearly and effectively, both in the classroom and underwater. His love for analog photography, attention to detail, and structured approach make him a professional who seamlessly blends methodology and artistry in every project he takes on.

A specialist in diving equipment and a certified instructor, Marco brings mechanical precision and a passion for quality to the underwater world. After years working with tools, engines, and speed in the motorsports industry, he made a bold career shift—diving into the world of regulator maintenance and repair.

Driven by a love for diving, he traded the racetrack for the ocean, but his commitment to precision, technical excellence, and craftsmanship remains as strong as ever. His expertise ensures every piece of equipment meets the highest standards of performance and safety.

Luis Ayuso is a former operator with extensive tactical experience, having served for six years in the Fuerza de Guerra Naval Especial, the special operations unit of the Spanish Navy. A specialist in CQB (Close Quarters Battle) and communication systems, among other skills, he has continued his career in the civilian sector, contributing his expertise to the private security industry in roles related to tactical training and security operations. He is currently an instructor on the tactical training team at Tier One Supply, where he trains professionals from military, law enforcement, and private security backgrounds.

As the Poseidon Factory Expert, Franjo brings over 25 years of experience in both recreational and technical diving disciplines. In addition to his instructional roles, Franjo has been involved in professional diving operations, including maintenance work at the Carboneras Thermal Power Plant in Almería. He also offers specialized services in underwater welding, salvage operations, and hull cleaning.

Franjo's approach to diving education emphasizes safety, self-sufficiency, and practical skills. He is dedicated to producing qualified divers who are well-prepared for real-world challenges.
